Apocalypse...Meh. Free comics for all!

Wow, who would have thought that one small post by Jon Westhoff inquiring about the page rates writers could pay an artist to draw their story would lead to use working together (no money exchanging hands), becoming friends and having a hell of a lot of fun putting together Apocalypse...Meh for all of you! We are up to 35 pages published on the web by our good friend and partner Jeremy on Osmosis-online.com. We're almost at the end of the first issue (soon to be published). See how it all began, because all 35 pages are still up and ready for your love. We are having fun making these comics, we hope that you all are enjoying them.

Here's a link to our latest page! But don't stop there, Osmosis Online has a ton of cool articles for you to read while you should be working.

Interview on Osmosis-Online

If you haven't checked out Osmosis-online.com, well shame on you. Not only do they host Jonathan Westhoff's Apocalypse...Meh (which I illustrate), but they decided that it was a good idea to interview me. It was fun, it was a short interview made lengthy by my longwinded replies.

Check it out, won't you? http://bit.ly/bU8oNv

PS- To anybody who has inquired, said nice things, and/or purchased any of my b-one comics I just wanted to say thank you, and there's more on the way!

Earth 2 Podcast

I guess I couldn't stand the thought of having any free time because I decided to start a podcast with my friend and sometimes writer Paul "Wheels" Ortiz. He's a newcomer to comics and I introduce him to a few titles every episode. We get to see the comics world through the eyes of a newcomer, and in turn get a few insights into whether these stories and storytelling techniques work. Check it out, please and leave feedback positive or negative.

The new pages of the Apocalypse

Ok, I know it's been a while since the last post, but I've been a little busy with Jonathan Westoff's Apocalypse...Meh web comic. I'm drawing up at least two pages a week and our friends at osmosis-online.com are gracious enough to host and feature Meh on their site! (Thanks again, Jeremy).
So please take a break from your day and check it out weekly. Thanks a million.

b-one comics magazine

Alright, here we go. I finally finished issue #3 of my b-one mini-comic. It’s an anthology and I draw all the stories, but I do have the occasional guest writer onboard. Issue #1 features a 4 pager written by Paul Wheels while issue #3 features Apocalypse…Meh chapter one written by Jonathan Westhoff. All issues feature Stonebrook Tales, a comic story about characters that I want to follow for the rest of their lives. That one’s my baby.

In any case, all issues are black & white with color covers. They are mini-comic format measuring 5.5”x8.5”. Each issue contains 24 pages of story/art except issue #3 which ran long at 26 pages of story! Each issue is $3 post paid, but I’m gonna cut a deal for all you guys as a thank you. All 3 issues for $6 post paid. Just click the paypal link below (please)

Apocalypse...Meh.

A while back I met a homicidal drummer by the name of Jonny on the 11 o'clock comics forums. We discussed creating a comic, he on the writing duties and myself on the art. The following is the result. Straight from Jonny's mind I present to you: Apocalypse...meh.

All feedback is welcome, positive or negative. We need to know because we plan on doing more.
